This was a Friday adventure! If you take a class from Wendy Schultz then you have the privilege of becoming part of her “alumni” and she arranges an adventure once a month with any students that are here in the valley. So, this is what we discovered and it was cool. VERY COOL. It was nice to meet others that have taken the class and officially meet Wendy too. I have “talked” with her in many ways except in person until Friday! I look forward to many more Friday adventures!

I have this issue, sorta like a pet peeve… its about eyes. First, I am not a fan of over processed eyes! Ya know what I mean? Too colorful, too white, etc. I should go find a picture that I did when I was first learning PS. Oh boy, I really worked the eyes and it was not good. Anyhow, the second pet peeve is out of focus eyes, or should I say oh so slightly out of focus eyes. I have more than my fair share “oh so slightly out of focus” eyes. Here is a little one with awesome eyes. She stared into the camera! I love the color (untouched with PS) and I like the focus but what about catchlights. I love that I can see my stance through her eyes. Are eyes really the windows to one’s soul? (are you noting the ever changing watermark? If you want to give me direction/help and feedback, please do!)

Walkin’ in a winter wonderland! : ) Seriously, this is AZ in December.

I am working on a watermark. I can’t decide how I want it to look, if its important, what I want and where I want it. In the meantime, enjoy the array of options and changes until I am settled on something (and the same cute family-more outtakes).

Oh goodness… All of these kids were SO full of personality! They were certainly my entertainment for a couple of hours. They danced and were goofy but had so much fun together.

When you put a hat on a boy, gee-what happens? It looks like he is doing a rap or something.

Kids are so fun and so uncertain. I love the way they just stare in hopes that me and the camera will either disappear or hand out candy. : ) I love to see how these little personalities will interact with me. Most of all, I love that styles today incorporate accessories that are as big as the child themselves. Just gotta love a cute headband and a good pair of jeans!
The littlest cheerleader
This super cute cheerleader had her very own photoshoot. She was nervous to cheer but thankfully her mom was there on the sidelines cheering right along with her. Too bad I didn’t have an assistant to catch that too! Ya know what I learned? Motherhood takes on so many roles! Little did us mothers know that while we are cooking, laundering, cleaning, and whatever else, we are also unconsciously learning (or relearning) whatever it is that our kids are learning.
